Youth Fountain Return With New Single and Announce Next Album

Solo project Youth Fountain have announced their sophomore album due for release later this year titled Keepsakes & Reminders. They have also released the first single from the record titled “Scavenger”, the video for the new single can be viewed below.

“Scavenger is about tackling subject matters of trying to find a reason or purpose to keep on living and searching for what ‘happiness’ is to myself (and still not knowing what the answer really is). ” comments Tyler Zanon, the man behind the emo pop punk band.

Originally starting as Bedroom Talk in 2013, the Vancouver based project then turned into Youth Fountain with Cody Muraro joining the lineup. Originally guesting on their debut song “Grinding Teeth”, the band then released their debut full-length Letters To Our Former Selves. This was then followed up with an acoustic reworking in 2020, however in the same year Cody departed from Youth Fountain.

Keepsakes & Reminders will be taken on the road in February of next year when Youth Fountain support Cory Wells on an EU & UK tour. Starting in Antwerp, Belgium, the tour will see them travel to Germany, Hungary, Netherlands and Switzerland. Eventually finishing up in the UK, they will perform in venues such as the Boston Music Room in London and Star and Garter in Manchester. Tickets can be found here.
