Ohio metalcore quartet The Plot In You have shared a second taste of what’s to come on Swan Song with a heavy new single titled “Enemy“. You can view the track’s official visualiser below.
Following on from the release of lead single “Face Me“ last month, “Enemy” provides a further glimpse into the new album’s more gritty sound. Speaking on the single, vocalist and songwriter Landon Tewers commented the following:
“”Enemy” like a lot of songs on Swan Song, is a meditation on love,” explains Tewers. “It’s about exposing self-realisations on ego, resentment, and shortcomings. Ultimately, it’s about coming to grim conclusions.”
