Static Dress Drop New Single “face.” Ahead of US Headline Tour

British post-hardcore legends, Static Dress, are back, and they mean business. Hot on the heels of fan-favourite “Death To The Overground”, which released just a few weeks prior, one thing is certain, Static Dress only get better as time goes on.

New single “face.” dropped earlier today, and there’s a lot to unpack, notably, they are now a five-piece, with the official introduction of guitarist Vincent Weight, who has worked with the band for years, but only now has publicly been revealed.

Fans who possess the elusive “HOW I HURT MYSELF” CD (a secret release from Slam Dunk 2023) will be very pleased to hear plenty of similarities in the new track to one of the demo’s on there…

Chocked full of metaphors likening a car crash to a turbulent relationship, there’s plenty of lore and secrets for fans to unpack here, and it’s sure to go down a treat when it gets it’s inevitable live debut.

Speaking of, you can catch the band soon on their first ever US Headline Tour “Crying Across the USA” with Soul Blind and Marion Silver (Killing Me Softly), and the likes of Omerta, Initiate, Prize Horse, Stand Still, and Cashier as regional supports at the following dates:
