Equally legendary and ever-divisive multi-platinum selling Canadian rock outfit Nickelback have announced their long-awaited tenth studio record, Get Rollin‘, alongside a ferocious single in “San Quentin“. You can view the single’s official lyric video below.
Dabbling further in the more overtly metal-twinged instrumentals seen in the band’s last full-length effort, Feed The Machine, “San Quentin” sees the band blending their classic penchant for catchy, anthemic rock tunes with a gritter edge. Speaking on Get Rollin‘, the band stated the following: “We’ve spent the last few years making a record at a pace that gave us the freedom to create and we can’t wait for everyone to hear the new music. We’ve missed the fans and look forward to bringing the new songs to life on stage, so let’s Get Rollin’!”
