Joe recommends: After dropping their EP Leaving to Mourn earlier this year, False Body are back with their fierce brand of screamo on dual single offering, “Quietly It’s Gone”. Rapid blast beasts and chaotic riffs are accompanied by Michelle’s screams that pierce the cranium.
I Promised The World – Bliss In 7 Languages (Single)

Jack W recommends: Nostalgia boiled down to a syrup, I Promised The World follow up their immaculate split release The Snowball Effect with what may well be their strongest effort to date. Combining everything which made early 2000s metalcore and post-hardcore so special, they evoke nostalgia all the while being wholly refreshing. One of the best up-and-coming bands around right now, their upcoming self-titled EP is looking to kick-start 2026 with a bang.

Dobbin recommends: Belgians Ronker are perfecting weird and idiosyncratic rock music. “No Sweat” is full of surprises, from incidental cowbell, subtle cacophony, and furious hardcore segments. It’s all draped in ironic swagger that makes it both prickly and addictive. It’s a strong signal that their next LP will be (1) impossible to categorise, and (2) an absolute beauty.
