Their relentless and punchy sound is taken up a gear with the mix and mastering of Sam Bloor, known for his work with the likes of Graphic Nature. With much more on the horizon, 2026 could be Convey‘s year.

Dobbin recommends: Monroe. caught our attention across posters for absolutely choice hardcore underground shows across the UK. Single number two shows these upstarts are ready to be taken completely seriously. When they get heavy, it’s glorious panic-chord-core, and the melodic moments deliver too, providing post-hardcore catchiness whilst getting unexpectedly heartfelt.
Ómoia – Why Am I Like This? (Single)

Joe recommends: Single after single has shown Ómoia to be an absolute gem of a band, and “Why Am I Like This?” is no different. Packed with purpose and emotion, channelled through the ever-impressive vocals of Cerys Simmons, Ómoia are a band on the verge of crafting something truly special.
Patience – Nothing’s Ever As Good As It Seems (Single)

Dobbin recommends: Major-key math rock has always felt transcendent to me, and among so many great bands to name, this Patience track could be the greatest example. It marks them as a more than promising band, working in a lane that needs such bright sparks more than ever. On “Nothing’s Ever As Good As It Seems“, the atmosphere blossoms from swirling guitar runs and a blissful bridge which wrap you in welcoming aether. The counterpoint to the brightness are the lyrics, with Chloe Munt bearing her vulnerabilities with a voice just as beautiful as the world the band are making.
