Joe recommends: Nu-hardcore unit Bodyweb have made their much anticipated return with “deadwire“, that showcases the electronic/cyber influences that Bodyweb weave together with their hardcore sound in a beautifully violent way. With EP deadwired out in September, that is set to be one of this year’s most unique records.

Joe recommend: Back with their first release in just over a year, Juicebox deliver their ruthless, energetic and frantic hardcore sound with a fresh swagger that could see “NOT YOURS” as a launch pad for them to become a hardcore staple, if this is a sign of what is to come from the quintet.

Joe recommends: SPLITJAW‘s relentless metallic hardcore sound makes a return on “Vigilance”. Laced with screamo influences that make for a gritty and brutal listen, the Chicago unit impressive even further with each release, and we can’t wait for what is to follow this.
