Nisrin recommends: A collaboration between Bound in Fear & Nimda sees the GTHC pair work together once again after their spell together in Pintglass. A brazen blend of metalcore and dubstep that is as absurd as you’d expect, that will certainly shake away any of the cobwebs settling in the new year.

Dobbin recommends: As long as you like modern melodic metal chorus, “Addicted” is a track for you; if you love them, it’s especially for you. You can just imagine the big smiles on all their faces as the band shreds out such a techical yet sprightly song. Aubrey‘s vocals clinch those classic heighs, and are multi-tracked into a child-like choir for the aforementioned chorus. It’s a welcome release as their 2022 singles went over very well; is it time for a major release in 2023?
