Joe recommends: Thoroughly-unhappy-skramz band bulletsbetweentongues are keeping up the releases. “Man Without Fear” is a wild ride of foul riffs in its first half, a sludgy middle leading to a false ending, and one last furious segment before its end. There’s a hint of blackened-influence too, borne through a penchant for blast beats, the dejected mood, and rudimentary live recording. Their previous two tracks were perhaps even more windy, and impressed us a lot too.
Big Hug – Cruellemonde De La Hi Fi (Single)

Dobbin recommends: One year since their first EP, UK emo undergrounders Big Hug are another band that is making great pace for releases. “Cruellemonde De La Hi Fi” is the first single for this release cycle, promising sprightly rock music with riffs sparkling down Delta Sleep’s avenue, and vocals possessing a charming blend of British charm and American emo inflection.

Nisrin recommends: Following on from the bruising, “Pandora“, Belgian unit In Clover are back with an equally furious track in the form of “Reign Of Scorn“. Brutal in every aspect from the rapid double kicks and crunching riffs, which will hopefully see them release their sophomore full-length in the near future.
