California unit Modern Color have today announced the details of their upcoming record, There Goes the Dream, set to release this coming July via Other People Records. The announcement comes with new single “Star 9200″, the second to be released from the record after “Fortress“.
Those waiting for new Modern Color to release a full-length follow up to 2020’s From the Leaves of Your Garden have had to be patient. In those four years, there were scattering including the EP Now Life is Living You and singles “Greener Grass” and “Fortress“, with the latter featuring on the record alongside the brand new single.
Ahead of the release of There Goes the Dream, Modern Color will be embarking on a US tour, either on their only headlines in places such as Orlando and Cleveland or supporting Fleshwater alongside 9Million. They will next be in the UK for a headline tour with Bug Bath and Oversize, ahead of their appearance at Outbreak Festival this year.
