Bristol-based metalcore outfit In Fear have announced new vocalist Haydn Connolly and after the departure of Jake Searle earlier this year. Alongside revealing their new vocalist, they debuted a new single titled “Let Them Hate… So Long As They Fear“, the video for which you can view below, exclusively available via Dreambound.
This follows on from their 2020 single releases of “Hex” and “Serpent“, with their last full release coming in 2019 with the EP Solace. Sam Elswood (Bass), Ryan Simmons (Guitar) and Ben Threlfall (Guitars) all remain in the band going forward.
On Instagram, the band had this to say about Haydn joining: “Following Jake’s departure we knew that it would be difficult to find someone to replace what he brought to this band. After a lot of self-reflection and through songwriting, it was clear that In Fear needed to continue to grow and evolve. While it was a difficult period for us as a group, we all shared the same vision and chose to use it as an opportunity to evolve into something greater.”
