Phoenix-based Holy Fawn have today announced their sophomore full-length record, Dimensional Bleed, set for release this September. The record will follow-up 2019’s Death Spells which saw the group seamlessly drift between shoegaze, post-hardcore, electronic and alternative rock. The record’s first single “Death Is A Relief” released earlier this year, and is now accompanied by the latest single, the album’s title track, “Dimensional Bleed“. You can listen to the new single below.
“With every release, I feel like we’ve continued to learn how to best support each other both mentally and musically, which enables us to try new things. Personally, I think this record has truly allowed us to explore more creative avenues than we did with ‘Death Spells’.” discusses singer/guitarists Ryan Osterman.
“‘Dimensional Bleed’ vaguely refers to a concept of multiple dimensions and timelines that could exist simultaneously,” adds guitarist Evan Phelps. “A lot of different media has alluded to this ideology, and I find the possibility of multiple dimensions intersecting and bleeding into others to be fascinating.”
Holy Fawn will be starting their UK headliner tour this September in support of Dimensional Bleed. The tour will see them perform at Manchester’s Deaf Institute, Glasgow’s The Garage and London’s 229. Full dates and venues can be seen below.
