Earlier this year, UK trio Helpless dropped their acclaimed sophomore record, Caged In Gold, returning with their staple grindcore and discordant sounds. The record’s life began with Dan Couch (guitar/vocals), who remains the sole founding member of Helpless, them the additions of Simon Walker (Bass) and Sam Trenchard (Drums) saw the three-piece come together to produce what is now their standout record. Today, the group announce that Caged In Gold will now take to stages on their upcoming UK headliner, and this announcement comes with a brand new video for track “Focus Group Extraction“.
The tour, which begins next week on the 28th in Bristol, will see Helpless perform at notable venues across the UK, including London’s New Cross Inn, Corporation of Sheffield, and The Junction down in Plymouth. Joining them on this tour will be UK metal punks, Razoreater, who released full-length Purgatory last year. Previously, Helpless have seen themselves performing alongside the likes of Full of Hell, Nails and Gatecreeper, with a headline tour of their own under their belt too.
