UK metalcore quintet Employed to Serve have returned with a brand new single titled “Mark Of The Grave”, the second since the announcement of upcoming album, Conquering. You can listen to the track here or watch below.
“Mark Of The Grave” follows on from last month’s release of “Exist” and the announcement of their fourth album Conquering. The band will also be touring with Gojira next year which will see them perform across the UK, Ireland and Europe. While in the UK they will perform at venues such as Alexandra Palace, Motorpoint Arena and Victoria Warehouse.
When discussing “Mark Of The Grave”, vocalist Justine Jones had this to say, “This song is about people who’d rather put other people down, instead of getting on with their own lives. When writing this song we wanted to try our hand at writing a positive metal anthem for people to blast when they’re having a shitty day. Hope you all enjoy it as much as we had fun recording and writing it! ”
Conquering will release on September 17th via Spinefarm Records and you can find pre-orders here. For a review of Conquering and news on Employed to Serve, stick around with Boolin Tunes Boolin Tunes.
