Cherry Confirm Debut EP + Drop New Single

Australian supergroup Cherry have announced their debut EP Safe In Your Stare. With this announcement they have released their third single of the year titled “Alice”. The video for this new track can be viewed below.

Made up of Jacob Charlton and Matt Van Duppen (Thornhill), Jack Bergin (Void of Vision), Adam Pinzone (The Beautiful Monument) and Tom Devine-Harrison (Tapestry), they made their debut with a track titled “Girls Club” in May of this year. Surprisingly, “Girls Club” will not feature on the EP. Recently released “Call Me By My Name” will feature on the album second to “Alice”.

Cherry as a project is a shift in sound from what the members are traditionally known for, swapping the metalcore breakdowns for indie-pop ballads. Jack Bergin’s Void of Vision have new material due soon and Thornhill’s new album is on the horizon, the quintet have found a unique way to fill their time in between touring and album production.

Safe In Your Space is due to release on September 24th, the artwork and tracklist can be viewed below. The new single “Alice” can be streamed here. For a full review of the EP and further news on Cherry, stick with Boolin Tunes.
