LIVE GALLERY: saturdays at your place & Carly Cosgrove at Academy 3, Manchester

Can we change the conversation? Can we make it about me?

saturdays at your place brought their Midwest emo blend with alternative and indie vibes to Manchester yet again, but this time for a run of headline dates. Having released their album these things happen in September, it was only right to let the public hear the new songs thriving in a sold out environment. saturdays at your place provide a must-see performance, as these tracks are played with a different level of emotion live compared to just listening online. The crowd matched this energy with crowd-surfing, moshing, and near constant sing-alongs, especially for key cuts such as “what am i supposed to do?“, “waste away“, and, of course, “tarot cards“. They brought Carly Cosgrove as the perfect support to warm up the crowd, a Philadelphian three-piece with a more than fitting emo sound with yet more vulnerable lyrics and intricate guitar work. They’ve already toured with saturdays at your place across the US, and by crossing the Atlantic together, their friendship has been taken to the next level.
