Doomsday rolled into The Croft, Bristol, for a heavy set powered by the intensity of their debut full-length, Never Known Peace. After years of cultivating their sound through a steady flow of EPs, the album marks a definitive, crushing statement from the hardcore outfit. They were joined by fellow heavy hitters Overpower, providing visceral support that kept the energy high. Opening the night were local Bristolians Cryptbreaker, whose brand of blackened hardcore set a darkly aggressive tone for the entire show.
