Spiritbox Release Three New Tracks, Along With Video For “Rotoscope”

In what will surely be one of the biggest surprise releases of the year, Spiritbox have today dropped three new tracks under the title of Rotoscope. Leading and title track, “Rotoscope“, has come with an aesthetically beautiful video, with the trio of tracks being completed with “Sew Me Up” and “Hysteria“. The music video for the aforementioned “Rotoscope” can be viewed below.

With these three tracks, Spiritbox have taken a distinctly different route with their sound. Drawing influences from the likes of Depeche Mode, Garbage and HEALTH, the trio have dived into industrial elements seen in the 90s and early 00s. The three tracks are rumoured come from an upcoming extended release from Spiritbox later this year, though no details have been shared as of yet.

Spiritbox are currently underway on their first full UK and EU tour, which saw them perform a double headliner at the O2 Islington Academy on the 13th and 14th July. They have thus far visited the UK, Germany, Netherlands, France and Italy on the tour, which will wrap up this week. None of the EP’s three new songs saw their live debut on this tour, however it is expected at their upcoming Grand Rapids shows that at least one of them will be performed live.

Rotoscope“, “Sew Me Up” and “Hysteria” are out now and can be streamed here.
