Dobbin recommends: Higher Walls have a sophistication that continues to stride beyond our expectations for grassroots hardcore projects. Brandishing guitars with a hint of buzzsaw, they cut riffs with unexpected turns left, right and centre on “Cloak & Dagger”, yet they also carefully avoid overindulging in the mathcore-isms; every twist is in service of the moment and the track around it.
