From the dejected piano that starts “Box Jumper” to the soaring heights of its ending, it’ll take you on an emotive journey. The vocal performance and production is another level of unexpected perfection.
Ómoia – The Love We Keep (Single)

Dobbin recommends: Not one, but two singles from Ómoia on this auspicious Valentine’s day. “In This Moment” is suitably tender, throwing back to the styles of their first EP. “Section 28” balances this with righteous anger, throwing out the noise for a dramatic conclusion.

Dobbin recommends: Like many two-piece punk bands, Regal Cheer cut to the point, so direct that it’s funny. “Crumbs” spends its first minute laying the ground for a stompy sing along ending, hoping to get the crowd spitting along to “call it a waste of time”. We’ll be backing that chorus.

Joe recommends: Sunday Best have been continually popping up on the coolest bills in the south of the UK, so we’re more than ready for their next single. “Ghost” shows off their beautiful cleans and chunky yet angular riffs, and clinches the coveted non-linear structure that gives modern emo its distinctive pull.
