Joe recommends: Packed with resentment and fury comes the latest single from Pincer+ in the form of “Pulling Strings“, its pointed barrage of rage with its bendy riffs is pissed off and shows the strength and dexterity of Pincer+ that should make a mockery of other acts.

Dobbin: Continuing the heaviness is Melbourners Starve with the simply tortured “Patchwork”. Projecting an atmosphere of horror that will make your skin crawl, it’s a frankly terrifying ride. It signals their next release cycle is absolutely one to watch.
